What will you do?

Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

  • Learning the fundamentals of financial services, auditing, and risk analysis in both classroom and on-the-job training
  • Taking part in a range of audit projects that will expose you to a multitude of Wells Fargo businesses
  • Interfacing with various levels of business management and employees
  • Benefitting from a strong learning curriculum and ongoing professional development offerings that underscore a strong commitment to continuous learning
  • Receiving continual feedback, coaching, and mentoring during your program 

 

Is this opportunity right for you?

Program structure and desired qualifications:

  • Full-time program (associate) for graduating seniors. Program length is 12 months (non-rotational).
  • Summer internship for rising juniors. Program length is 10 weeks.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
  • Ideal candidate for this role must:
    • Be an energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, remains curious and has a genuine interest in learning and growth.
    • Possess the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
    • Have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.

 

What does my future look like? 

Successful completion of this leads to a promotion to an Auditor role.
