Chief Administrative Office


Explore your future as a leader within Enterprise Talent in our Chief Administrative Office, which brings together enterprise functions that work together to promote and protect the Wells Fargo culture and brand, and support team members. What will you do?

Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

·       Assessing and executing on business-line specific tasks within one of the following lines of business: Benefits, Communications, Community Relations, Data Management & Insight, Human Resources, or Marketing


Is this opportunity right for you?

Program structure and desired qualifications include:

·       Full-time program for recent graduates. Program length is 12 months.

·       Summer internship for sophomores and juniors. Program length is 10 weeks.

·       Open to all majors with a demonstrated interest in financial services; preference is given to majors relevant to a specific Chief Administrative Office department (ex. Marketing).

·       Demonstrated high level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.

·       Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills, multi-task, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
