Audit Services

Audit Services conducts audits and reports the results of its work to the Audit & Examinations Committee of the Board of Directors. Results of internal audits are subject to periodic quality assurance reviews and external regulatory examinations.

Corporate Risk

Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.

The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Enterprise Finance

Enterprise Finance plans, tracks, analyzes and reports financial results; manages the company’s balance sheet, including funding, capital and investments; oversees internal real estate needs; drives acquisitions; is responsible for financial controls; leads corporate strategy; and works to deliver simple, safe and sound, innovative, and integrated technology products, services, and enterprise governance for our customers, business partners, and team members.

Regulatory Data Program Office

Regulatory Data Program Office partners with Enterprise Data & Analytics, Corporate Risk, Corporate Finance, Technology, and other business groups to develop and execute an integrated regulatory data roadmap for Wells Fargo. This roadmap includes ensuring compliance with Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) 239 requirements, addressing heightened regulatory reporting standards, and accelerating long-term technology and operations to improve our data capabilities.
