From its inception in Hyderabad, India in 2006, Enterprise Global Services (EGS) has grown to support over half of Wells Fargo's business lines and staff functions, working across Technology, Operations, Risk Services and Knowledge Services. Today Enterprise Global Services operates in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad in India and Manila in Philippines.
EGS uses a “follow the sun” model, whereby team members across time zones transfer work to one another at the end of the day. This model reduces processing turnaround times, improves our service and benefits customers.

Our Glide program supports the facilitation of an inclusive work environment for women in India, both by enabling career continuity for women returning to the workplace after time off, and by giving women opportunities to update and refresh their skills while efficiently transitioning back into full-time work.
Pride is a community that encourages personal and professional development for LGBTQ members, customers and allies in the Philippines. Pride has organized awareness campaigns on Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity & Expression, Gender Sensitivity, HIV/AIDS awareness, anti-bullying, and transgenderism. Pride also actively collaborates with the Philippine Financial Industry Pride for best-practice sharing on LGBT-friendly workplace-based initiatives. Pride’s NGO knowledge resource for HIV/ AIDS awareness is the Love Yourself organization, which received a $1,000 grant from Wells Fargo when Pride Philippines was recently recognised as a "Diversity Champion”.
Women’s Team Member Network (WTMN) not only connects and empowers female employees, but also develops leaders through education, encouragement and influence. WTMN organizes workshops focused on parenting, financial planning, self-defense, and career growth, and has mentoring programs, such as “Lean In” Circles and Connect platforms, that allow women to build relationships with prominent female executives. WTMN helps provide professional development opportunities so that women stay competitive and ready for leadership.

In addition to building a long-term, satisfying career, we encourage the EGS team to stay active and to participate in social activities.
Fun, Association, Culture, Engagement (FACE) is the official team member interest group of EGS, where everyone is able to join groups that match their individual interests. Some of our groups include sports clubs, dancing, photography, music, art and more.
Wells Fargo encourages a workplace culture that supports a healthy lifestyle. We offer in-house gyms, membership to sports facilities and healthy food options and we also organize regular events, like the annual Runners & Riders 10K.

Wells Fargo has a long-standing tradition of making an impact in the communities that we live in. One of the main ways is actively volunteering, and EGS allows employees to have one full day off a year to participate in volunteer work of their choice. Additionally, more than 3,500 team members across EGS locations participated in the annual company-wide Community Support
Campaign, clocking more than 17,000 volunteer hours in 2017 by partnering with organizations to build homes, teach children, and help educate others about conservation and caring for the environment. Wells Fargo recognizes individual contributions on social impact with the Volunteer of the Year award for those employees who are deeply committed to community service.
