This program has been designed to enable opportunities and navigate challenges that job applicants have. The structure of the program caters to upskilling individuals, with respect to industry tools, technologies and life skills.
The Glide – Relaunch India program is part of our continued and committed efforts to enhance gender-diverse representation, especially at mid to senior levels, and creating a gender-inclusive work environment through targeted policies and initiatives.

About the program
Opportunities
Opportunities are open for women professionals with five or more years of experience, who want to tap into various open opportunities across business functions after a career break of over twelve months.
Selection process
Pre-hire engagement or a boot camp will be held to aid preparation of applicants for final selection process. After that, Glide applicants will follow the Wells Fargo recruitment process.
Program overview
Selected candidates will participate in a program that offers mentors or "buddies" to provide guidance and support during the course of the program and beyond, for seamless integration. Regular connects and interactive sessions will be organized with HR, program leaders, line of business heads, and Women's Connection Employee Resource Network.
