As a global innovator, Wells Fargo is redefining the role financial institutions play in the landscape of data and analytics. The Analytics & Data Undergraduate Program (ADUP) is a key contributor, offering a two-year fulltime Analyst role as well as a ten-week summer Internship. ADUP is a professional development program with a blend of business and career development training opportunities that incorporate real-world experiences to prepare you for a career at Wells Fargo.

Intern Program Overview
The Analytics & Data Internship Program provides participants with a ten-week overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and organizational culture. The internship experience includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, feedback sessions, group projects, and other informative learning sessions with key leaders in the analytics ecosystem. Successful interns have the opportunity to earn an offer to return the following summer post-graduation as a full-time employee in the analyst program.

Analyst Program Overview
The Analytics & Data Analyst Program focuses on early career opportunities for candidates related to overall business acumen, analytic skill development, and professional development in an analytic-driven environment. Analysts in the program will navigate Wells Fargo's analytic and data communities through cross-functional collaboration, senior leader exposure, and both personal and professional development.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing and translating data into usable concepts for effective data-driven business decisioning and an improved internal and external customer experience
  • Gaining hands-on experience in various data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau; programming languages such as Python, SQL, and SAS; and Agile methodology
  • Learning from and interacting with other professionals in our Analytics Community of Practice (ACoP) and Data Community of Practice (DCoP)
  • Building business acumen while strengthening your analytical and interpersonal communication skills
  • Taking part in networking activities, professional development opportunities, and community volunteer events

Program structure and desired qualifications include:

  • Strong analytical skills including strategically analyzing/manipulating data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing interventions
  • Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, remains curious and has a genuine interest in learning and growth
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Applied Math, Computer Sciences, Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Physics, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
  • ADUP Analyst: Full-time, 2-year rotational program for graduating seniors
  • ADUP Intern: 10-week summer internship for rising seniors
