What will you do?
Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
Within the Strategy Rotational Program, you will work to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to Wells Fargo’s core businesses, and their senior and executive leaders.
Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
- Contributing to setting the future-based strategy of your supported line of business
- Evaluating strategic possibilities, develop innovative recommendations, and manage matrixed projects, in support of complex business needs
- Delivering diverse solutions that guide the execution of business-centric priorities
- Providing strategic consulting services to internal clients, leveraging product, project, industry, and business expertise
- Conducting competitive assessments, customer and industry research, and financial analysis to understand Wells Fargo’s relative market position
- Identifying, gather and analyze data to drive insights that inform a strategic recommendation
- Using storytelling and data visualization to develop compelling presentations and business cases

Program structure and desired qualifications:
- Summer internship for juniors. Program length is 10 weeks
- Full-time program for recent college graduates. Program length is 24 months
- Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation date of December 2024 – June 2025
- BA/BS degree candidate with major concentration in one of the following fields: Business, Marketing, Finance or other related major
- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
What does my future look like?
Potential career path after completion of the program could include:
- Advancement to a Lead Strategy Consultant and alignment full-time to a individual business strategy team
- Advancement to a non-strategy role within the broader Strategy, Digital & Innovation (SDI) organization or a Wells Fargo functional group
Where are the opportunities?
Full-time and internship opportunities are located in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY based on business need.
