In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives designed to mitigate current and emerging risks with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in monitoring, evaluating, and measuring the impact of decisions practiced in Control Management functional area
  • Monitor moderately complex business specific programs, and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies
  • Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area
  • Develop and implement risk monitoring and risk reporting processes and controls
  • Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance in developing and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
  • Lead Control Management project or virtual teams


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 5+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 10+ years in Operational Risk, RCSA, Internal Controls, Project Management, Strong Stakeholder Management and Strong Knowledge in Risk Management


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and a broad background in Investment Banking
  • Experience in Operational Risk Management
  • The resource will be responsible for developing and delivering high performing reporting solutions and data analysis
  • Technical build-out and/or support of database/BI tool like Tableau  and prepare relevant dashboards
  • Create and interpret Business Intelligence data (Reporting, Basic Analytics, Predictive Analytics and Prescriptive Analytics) combined with business knowledge to draw supportable conclusions about current and future risk levels
  • Automate manual reports using state of art technology and drive efficiency initiatives
  • Manage multiple project timelines concurrently
  • Effectively partnering with LOB Engagement, Relationship, and Compliance Managers to assess risks within their respective Processes engagements
  • Involvement in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools and dashboards that enable analysis and data visualization
  • Designing and developing various Governance, Operational reports in partnership with Stakeholders
  • Ability to handle huge data and has strategic mindset, ability to interpret and draw conclusion from complex data


Job Expectations:

  • 6 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data visualization, Reporting and Dashboard development
  • Database tools: Teradata & SSRS
  • Experience with BI Tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SharePoint
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of BI tool and reporting concepts (including back-end and in-tool data modeling, front-end development, and necessary documentation)Strong verbal and written communication skills and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • VBA Macros, Power Pivot, Power Query, Excel Automations – Advance excel Formulas
