Senior Product Manager, User Experience

About this role:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services
  • Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
  • Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
  • Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in design and prototyping tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, FIGMA)
  • User experience design  (Must provide portfolio)
  • Demonstrate tremendous visual and architectural design skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment
  • A track record of great collaboration with content, product, and marketing teams
  • A portfolio demonstrating measurably effective designs and problem solving
  • Experience using, building, and maintaining intuitive and scalable design systems and design pattern libraries


Job Expectations:

The Product adoption and enablement team will help employees in Wells Fargo Technology gain relevant product knowledge and provide the teams the resources they need to use tools/products more effectively.

Product adoption and enablement will work with other OCTO teams to create a system of technology-driven initiatives that enable greater employee productivity reducing friction in an employee's workflow by eliminating manual processes, repetitive tasks, and other administrative tasks and will allow the teams to focus on the bigger goals.

This person will possess strong creative and technical skills along with the ability to problem solve.  Areas of focus will be content creation, visual design and development and user research.  Will work with marketing team on WF branding.

This person will support the technology teams by building content, sharing and documenting best practices and help to coordinate training when necessary.  They will focus on the design of products, working with various technology teams within CTO and Technology to bring the user interface design to fruition.

They will be able to multitask and be independent and be able to manage your own priorities and exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills.  They will be able to Balance product, business, and user-centered goals to design products our users love.

Communicate research-backed insights concepts, and designs to a variety of audiences

Set best practices and standards related to UX/UI across products and features

  • Participate in developing project plans and lead the execution of direct mail marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for data verification, personalization, and production audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Review and develop less complex marketing project goals, plans, progress and completion of deliverables
  • Present recommendations for resolving data verification, personalization, and live production audits
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise to ensure compliance with marketing campaign, brand standards and legal requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with vendors during the execution of marketing campaigns
