Department Overview

The Business Services team across locations provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster. Business Services teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), PVSI & Community banking.

About the Role

4-6 years of experience in one or a combination of the following:

Good Working knowledge of Commercial loan related credit products. Experience in credit products operations and knowledge of commercial loan trade life cycle.

Knowledge on basic regulatory requirements and its impact on commercial loan products.

Proven ability to collaborate with the relevant stakeholders.

Experience in Quality Assurance process/delivery, well versed with the QA concepts of Samples, Test Scripts, Reporting.


Quality Assurance activities involves reviewing documentation and data entry performed by other TM’s to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or regulations, and to ensure accuracy, completeness, validity and consistent entry in timely manner

Ensuring work gets done in a timely manner, that deliverables are managed according to agree upon deadlines, and that metrics are met according to standard.
