CIB Front Line Fraud Risk Program - Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a front line Fraud Risk Management SME and advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.

  • Support identification of internal and external fraud risks, potential issues or gaps and provide consistent and sustainable risk mitigating solutions. 

  • Research, gather requirements, propose, and drive strategic solutions to ensure alignment with target operating model and enable process and control improvements.

  • Drive engagement and fraud risk awareness across CIB globally.

  • Engage and ensure completion of program management and governance activities to address enterprise requirements and expectations. 

  • Identify opportunities for program and process improvement and drive sustainability. 

  • Engage in the Enterprise Risk Program activities and support various measurement, assessment and governance routines to ensure the current state of risk management effectiveness is appropriately reflected.

  • Act as a CIB front line Fraud Risk Management Program representative with Independent Risk Management, International Regions, Audit, “Internal Testing” functions and other stakeholders 

  • Lead team meetings or steering committees to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Financial Services experience in internal and external fraud risk management.

  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is a plus. 

  • 5+ years of Capital Markets business products, processes, and controls.

  • Strong experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Risk Measurement programs.

  • Strong ability to identify risk areas, evaluate trends and root causes, and recommend fraud risk mitigation solutions where applicable.

  • Experience executing, leading and coordinating risk program activities across a global footprint.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgement to identify and resolve problems with a focus on actionable outcomes.

  • Ability to navigate a complex and global operating environment and prioritize competing objectives.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

New York Pay Range - $138,500.00 - $287,600.00 Annual

Charlotte Pay Range - $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annual
