This role is part of a Global Delivery team that provides support for U.S. and international HR processes, and key stakeholders will predominantly be U.S. HR and Digital Channel and Service Delivery Experience business partners.  This role reports to the Global Delivery leader for HR India and the Philippines.

Human Resources develops and implements our “employees, candidates, and operational” strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, employee relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. This role is part of Human Resources and services the Digital Channel and Service Delivery Experience Team.

Responsibilities include: -

  • Develop and execute employee experience solutions and content for online applications and websites
  • Collaborate, consult, and partner with subject matter experts, channel managers, product owners, and UX team on design of digital content, experiences, and/or solutions
  • Lead through complexity; influence simplification and leading practices for end users; advocate for end-user centricity
  • Develop, deploy and maintain self-service content and solutions; ensure synchronization of content within and across channels
  • Overcome obstacles and influence others meet deliverables and achieve results
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of content and experience design principles and strategies; ensure consistency throughout the site by utilizing company brand and quality standards
  • Collaborate and consult with team, managers, and other stakeholders to achieve goals
  • Review, analyze and share reporting on content performance, user feedback, and trends to enable ongoing optimization
  • May lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff

Required Qualifications, International:

  • Experience in Graphic or Website Design, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience designing digital content/solutions for employees or similar end-user audiences

Desired Qualifications : -

  • Familiarity with Human Resources, ServiceNow, or Workday preferred
  • Experience applying Wells Fargo brand standards in the development of content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with HTML & CSS
    • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Job Expectations: -

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
  • Flexibility to work different shifts


Shift timings: 1:30-10:30 pm IST
