Senior Data Management Analyst eIDF Production Data Delivery Team

In this role, you will:

  • •Design and conduct complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gaps
    •Support the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
    •Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality
    •Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
    •Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy
    •Collaborate with multiple levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
    •Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies
    •Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 4 Years SQL experience
  • Experience working with various Data Platforms to include Consumer, Commercial, Securities & Derivatives, Deposits, Party and Reference Data
  • Experience working within a complex cross domain programs/project
  • Leverage complex Tableau, Power BI and other reporting / dashboard technologies to deliver concise analytic results to management
  • Experience with data quality, using data dictionaries, lineage, data mapping and other tools in support of complex data defect research, triage, and monitoring

As part of the eIDF Operations Team, this position will actively manage data used to modernize the distribution and curation of Wells Fargo reporting solutions across multiple domains.   Drive the delivery of reliable data for strategic data centric decision making, business growth, regulatory reporting and risk management. eIDF’s Operational mission is to provide leadership and operational / execution support to deliver reliable, well-governed data across the enterprise.
