Product Owner (Lead Business Execution Consultant)

About this Role:

Supply Chain is partnering with Technology to resolve end-of-life data management and warehousing applications to achieve a target state data ecosystem for Supply Chain Management by consolidating multiple data warehouses, data schemas, data provisioning points, and the remediation of embedded IT solutions.  This initiative requires a Product Owner focused on real time or near real time integrations for Supply Chain Technology applications, system process flows driving event management and orchestration, and application provisioning to consumers using micro service-based APIs to achieve streamlined delivery of data to efficiently link third party risk, contract, purchase order, and invoice data to enrich analytics capability to monitor risk, compliance, and trends. 

In This Role, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional product team for delivery of agile backlog
  • Prioritize features for products based on customer requirements
  • Partner closely to understand and translate capability requirements into product features
  • Create a product support model that is integrated with internal support constructs
  • Define an intake process for new product requests, feature requests, and updates
  • Define and deliver requirements strategy & execution
  • Partner with SCM leadership and Risk executives across the organization on business requirements, target state, and strategy to enable reporting/analytics capabilities
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and resolution
  • Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience leading and managing transitions from on-premise applications to cloud, using Agile implementation methodologies.
  • Experience building enablement products and working cross team to ensure delivery of a product suite that empowers all users of Supply Chain data across the firm.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills  
  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of relational databases
  • Experience with OBIEE/SSRS/Alteryx/PowerBI/Tableau/SQL/SAS or other data management, reporting and query tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data/systems
  • Banking / Financial services experience, especially related to risk management, operational risk, and/or supply chain management

Base Compensation Range:
$96,600 - $171,800
Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
