Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant to join our team in the Singapore office.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor within Business Growth Strategy functional area to senior leadership in order to develop or influence initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunities
  • Lead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluation for both Globa. Treasury Management (GTM) Working Capital Solutions across CIB Client Segments and GTM business growth with South East Asian Banks across all client appropriate GTM products.
  • Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expenses
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growth
  • Collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area especially as it relates to Working Capital Solutions and Advisory across CIB client segments and GTM Business growth with South East Asian Banks.

Required Qualifications, International:

  • Experience in Business Growth Strategy, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Global Treasury/Global Cash Management
  • 10+ year experience with positioning Treasury Management/ Cash Management products and solutions
  • 7+ years clients Advisory experience
  • 7+ years Working Capital Management Solutions and Advisory Experience
  • 7+ years' experience working with both Financial Institutions and Corporate client bases

Job Expectations:

  • Work independently with the sales team and product team to identify GTM solutions needs for both working capital solutions and solution enhancements across CIB Client Segments and all GTM solutions for South East Asia Bank clients.
  • Creation of Advisory and thought leadership content and collateral for both working capital for all CIB Client Segments and Strategic GTM Solutions and Initiatives for South East Asian Bank clients.
  • Creation of strategies to grow working capital solutions across GTM CIB Client Segments and grow GTM Solutions across South East Asian Bank clients.
