Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator...

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct Distribution Finance Operations Quality Control (QC) testing and report out findings in consultation with the Governance Manager and Operations Leadership team within region. 
  • Liaise with the Governance Manager to create and or update as required workbooks and process control documents that are used to support the QC activity completed within the APAC region. Highlight areas where enhancements can be implemented to control questions.
  • Accountable for ensuring data management guidelines for records retention are followed using the enterprise principles for storing and maintaining information in the approved repository. 
  • Attend and participate in regular meetings with compliance, business risk and process owners working closely with the Governance Manager to provide data relating to Business Self-Identified Issues (BSI), and QC results.
  • Collate information packs for various stakeholders around trends/issues identified through the enterprise BSI tool and QC results. 
  • Provide support to the Governance Manager for all Operational Risk Issues including SHRP issues management. This will include ensuring accuracy with the issue description, effective completion and provision of supporting evidence for all agreed corrective actions
  • Maintain control inventory and ensure monthly obligations to communicate, store and retain process owner sign-off is aligned to enterprise requirements. Working with the Governance Manager communicate to International Operations stakeholders. 
  • Responsible for collating, preparation and delivery of all metrics used within APAC Operations including monthly reporting where required, in addition to taking ownership for the collation of any issues identified in region, providing accurate data as required
  • Take ownership to work with Process Owners and ensure documented Operational Procedures are updated including liaising with the publishing team and maintenance of the inventory record.  This will include ensuring any Team Briefs are incorporated into procedures as required.
  • Receive direction from supervisors

Required Qualifications, International:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
  • At least 3 years’ experience gained in a banking environment or equivalent, with Governance and Compliance experience preferred
  • Sound knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, within tight timelines, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and delivery skills with a natural bias for speed and execution
  • Demonstrate ability to adhere to documented processes and procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with Advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with an ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with all levels of team members within the business
  • Be proactive with a high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, with varying degree of complexity
  • Accountable, taking ownership through to resolution

Desired Qualifications:

  • An understanding of Distribution Finance operating system, AIMS
  • Experience of working in a pan-Asia or global company
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
