Senior .NET Fullstack Software Engineer

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer that will be working on a large application that is in the Network and Security Services Line of Business. This Engineer will be working on net new development as well as enhancing the application that is written in .NET. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at .

In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

  • Continually learn and develop.

  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other developers. 

  • Creative thinking to identify and work around process design. 

  • Create Process Definitions and standards. Ensures the project documents are shared on time with relevant parties. 

  • Contribute to the creation of standard approaches and techniques. 

  • Develop prototypes and Proofs of Concept.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft .NET, C#, VB.NET and .NET design patterns such as Factory, Builder, MVC, Entity Framework, DAO and Singleton Pattern 

  • 4 + years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, React, and/or Angular as well as data modeling languages such as XML, YAML and JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)  

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, SQL Servers and other standard database query tools. 

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with web services such as SOAP and REST using OAuth and JWT, ASP .NET Web API and ODATA  

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps Methodologies, scripting languages such as Go, Python, Batch, PowerShell, etc.

  • Experienced working with Power BI reporting and dashboarding platforms

  • Hands on development experience with Ansible APIs, and Playbooks 

  • Hands on experience with OpenShift, Micro-Services, Kubernetes and Docker.

  • Experienced in working with No-SQL database such as MongoDB.

  • Experienced working with cloud environments such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform 

  • Certifications in Azure and GCP

  • Experienced with Continuous Improvement and Continuous Development methodology and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Harness, YAML and Artifactory 

  • Experienced with different SDLC methodologies like Agile SCRUM, Kanban, and JIRA boards. 

  • Experienced in developing unit tests and integration tests such as XUnit and MSTest

$100,800.00 - $179,200.00 Annual
