Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer...
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
- Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
- Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
- Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
- Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Required Qualifications, International:
- Experience in Systems Engineering, and Technology Architecture, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate with B.Tech/B.E
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience in generating reports using Serviceno
Job Expectations:

Generate INC/CGH/PRB/RITM Servicenow reports using Tableau/Power BI

Work with platform support teams in understanding the production issues, root cause, impacted uses and other related details and communicate effectively with stake holders.

Responsible for managing the lifecycle of all Production Incidents and Problems . Primary objectives are to prevent Incidents from happening, and to minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented.
· Identifying and understanding the underlying causes of an incident as well as coordinating with impacted teams and teams responsible to resolve the issue.
· Identify the process gaps and work with teams to improve the processes
· Experience in ITIL processes & methodologies
· Ensuring that the information entered in the problem investigations and known errors that they manage is accurate and complete
· Reviewing periodically their problem investigations for which a practical structural solution cannot be found
· Verifying structural solutions and closing the known errors and problem investigations that they manage
· Generating reports by using Power BI/Tableau/ServiceNow
· Ability to learn new tools & technologies quickly as per the business need
· Flexible to work in shifts/holidays/weekends based on the need of the project and meeting the management expectations.
