Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Software Sr. Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility :  

Design solutions utilizing best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery. Drive the strategic and tactical rollout of the solution to enterprise customers by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios. Document configuration best practices, create and maintain solution documentation. Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process. Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.

Travel required:   10% Domestic.

Required Qualifications :

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, or related technical field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

  • 7 years of experience with SQL Server database design and administration
  • 5 years of experience delivering Business Intelligence (BI), analytics and reporting
  • 5 years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience
  • 3 years of performance tuning experience
  • 3 years of Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience
  • 3 years of UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience
  • 1 year of Tableau experience
  • 1 year of configuration & managing containerized applications on Kubernetes
  • 1 year of experience in Splunk / Elastic Search.
