The Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) group supports the Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking businesses as well as Payment Solutions, Capital Markets Services, Wholesale Digitization, and International Technology across the firm. This diverse portfolio of capabilities spans multiple technology disciplines and strategic innovations. CCIBT provides strategic, enterprise-wide technology capabilities and enabling services to our lines of business and management of the applications in terms of skills, stability, security, scalability, speed, and cost.


Commercial CRM Team supports multiple Customer Relationship Management Systems built on Microsoft Dynamics and SalesForce platform for Commercial and Corporate Investment Banking Lines of business bankers.  Commercial CRM group is currently seeking qualified candidates for this Software Engineer with technical skills and experience in MS Dynamics or Salesforce.

Position Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:

  • Participate in projects associated with the technology domain, including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts
  • Identify opportunity for service quality and availability within the technology domain environment
  • Review and analyze technical assignments or challenges that are related to low to medium risk deliverables and that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternative technology domains
  • Present recommendations for resolving issues or may escalate issues as needed to meet established service level agreements
  • Exercise independent judgment while also developing understanding of given technology domain in reference to security and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of .NET and/or Java experience
  • 1+ years of Relational Database experience like Oracle, SQL Server, etc

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to produce a copy of military orders including applicant
  • Salesforce / MS Dynamics experience
  • 1+ year of SQL experience
  • Experience on Agile/Devops adoption & adherence
  • Experience with Junit and GIT
  • Knowledge in using code analysis and debugging tools
  • Knowledge of scrum process of development
  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
