Senior Quality Assurance Administrator

This role is part of a Global Delivery team that provides support for U.S. and international HR processes, and key stakeholders will predominantly be U.S. HR Business Partners.  This role reports to the Global Delivery leader for HR India and the Philippines.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing Quality Assurance validation to the HR Operations team. 

Human Resources develops and implements our “employees, candidates, and operational” strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, employee relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. This role is part of the Human Resources Operations group and services the displacement team.  Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responsible for examining and analyzing programs, processes, documentation and/or files of unusual, complex and/or higher risk transactions to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations.
  • Perform quality reviews and ensuring control procedures are followed; identify, research, resolve and report all discrepancies related to claims, procedural issues, and quality data transmissions.
  • Clearly communicates overall process or transaction quality and provides feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies.
  • Analyzes risks and offsets; develops solutions for problems identified.
  • Provides support for other initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: quality assurance, financial services administration, loan documentation, loan servicing, underwriting or risk evaluation demonstrated through work or military experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Root cause analysis experience (understand cause and effect)
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook tools, specifically Excel  
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and able to build strong relationships with internal and external clients and all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Process design or improvement experience
  • Human resources experience
  • Experience consulting with internal clients and business

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening           
  • Flexibility to work different shifts 

Shift Timings: - 5:30 pm -2:30 am (IST)
