Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant...
In this role, you will:
- Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
- Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
- Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
- Lead or participate on large cross group projects
- Mentor less experienced staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Required Qualifications, International:
- Experience in Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Min 10 years of work experience in analytics and modelling
- Should posses experience and high level of expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, SQL
- Data analysis
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain domain
- Have build solutions like spend analytics, risk analytics, procurement analytics. Data categorization, vendor normalization
Desired Qualifications:
- Experienced in working in matrix hierarchy
- Work with technical and non technical users and solving their problem
- Collaborate across organization with various teams
- Python & Data science
Job Expectations:
- The successful candidate should be able to build and deploy procurement analytics solution like spend analytics, KPI reporting, P2P analytics, Compliance analytics, Contract analytics
- Should have the thought process and vision to transform the existing excel driven reporting into a real time cloud based analytics solution
- Work with multiple stake holders and understand the business requirement.
- Create the solution and work with technology team to deploy it.
- Excellent team player, should groom junior resources and help them grow
