About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Trading Enablement Assistant within Investment Operations Management as apart of Wealth & Investment Management. This role is responsible for executing and confirming securities transactions initiated by clients. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or process extensive knowledge of systems
  • Provide ideas for improving or implementing processes
  • Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactions
  • Review time sensitive documents
  • Provide training or work direction to less experienced staff
  • Address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department
  • Lead or participate in projects
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • ·       Deliver exceptional service and ownership to customer inquiries
  • ·         Assist and educate customers on product and service products
  • ·         Provide understanding of fundamental and technical objectives affecting the market to support customer needs
  • ·         Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • ·         Provide training and work direction to peers
  • ·         Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • ·         Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • ·         Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • ·         Interact with internal customers
  • ·         Receive direction from leaders
  • ·         Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Assist customers (FA/Money Managers) with questions regarding the policies and procedures as needed.
  • Understand the impact of the market to our daily processes.

Required Qualifications:

·         5+ years of Trading Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

·         Intermediate Microsoft Office skills                      

·         Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

·         Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

·         Knowledge and understanding of advisory products and services                      

·         Trading experience
