Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst...

In this role, you will:

  • Need business analyst / BA / project & program management skills.

  • Work on developing BRD, UAT test cases writing, performing DQ, DB query, QA.

  • Conduct calls with tech and user community & publish updates.

  • Powerbi / Tableau skills will add.

  • Must have excellent presentation skills (including PPT)

  • Must have experience to work on transformation projects which involves workflow tools, STP amongst systems

  • Work on multiple parallel or semi parallel work steams.

  • Assess the new features of the GSS workflow, perform impact analysis to the SMART data mart.

  • Work with product owner in defining the features, maintain the features which are released to production.

  • Design and conduct data analysis to translate business requirements to data requirements, develop JIRA stories to support product features.

  • Work with business and technology partners or subject matter professionals to document or maintain business or technical metadata about systems, business or data   elements, or data-related controls.

  • Adhere to data governance standards and procedures, Identify data quality metrics and execute data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality

  • Support communications with basic documentation related to requirements, design decisions, issue closure, or remediation updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience as a Sr data Analyst in Data Management in Banking sector.
  • 4+ years of experience with data mapping, data and root cause analysis.
  • 3+ Years of experience in Power BI and Tableau desired Agile Methodology experience Knowledge of Wells Fargo Risk Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) process.
  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business analysis, data analysis, business consulting, data management Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity Excellent SQL/Hive skills - queries, joins, data modelling, relational DB concepts.
  • DQ Implementation. Ab Initio Express>It as our Data Quality tool. Having this experience is very critical.
  • Any experience with FYR-14 is a plus (good to have & not mandatory).
  • Experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or project management 5+ years of SQL experience 
  • 5+ years of experience performing data profiling
  • 5+ years of experience in developing data quality rules
  • 5+ year of proficiency with DQ tools such as Ab Initio DQE/Express>IT, Metadata Hub 
  • 4+ years of data analysis, experience, data management experience, or a combination of both (DEFAULT) 5+ years of experience with End to End (E2E) testing
  • Knowledge of data models and data supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
