About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Data Product Integrity Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Data Product Integrity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality of the data in mainframe system and thus reduce risk and improve business outcomes, provide meaningful insights and support in enabling the modernization efforts.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a data steward; lead or participate in moderately complex data integrity and quality initiatives and reviews of business systems; contribute to large-scale planning related to data quality improvement and business systems
  • Review and analyze moderately complex data quality audits; research and resolve data quality issues which require an in-depth evaluation of systems, data sets, and data connections
  • Independently resolve moderately complex data quality issues and lead team to meet data quality-related deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of data quality standards and control framework; escalate and remediate moderately complex data quality issues
  • Collaborate and consult with business, risk partners, and technical staff, including Enterprise Data Management and Technology functions, to lead, triage, and resolve data quality issue; serve as a mentor for lower-level staff
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Data Management policies, standards, and technology, and facilitate execution of business data standards and control frameworks
  • Understand the complete data lifecycle from data creation and capture to data processing, storage, and usage
  • Identify and track end-to-end data lineage using traditional methods and systemic tools
  • Actively engage in identifying and recommending solutions to improve data and implement data quality improvement plans
  • Define the approach to monitoring data quality to maximize efficiency and minimize risk

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of data quality or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience in SQL (Structured query language)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Teradata and Phython is preferred but not required
  • Has experience in agile methodology experience, JIRA or Rally, Sprint, Ceremonies, Agile Reporting, Kanban Board
  • Has experience in one or more of the following functional areas: large enterprise platforms and complex data quality rules implementations, business technology solutions, with a clear track record of building innovative, customer-facing capabilities.
  • 4+ years of project management experience and stakeholder management
  • Has understanding on concepts of Cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud), Data Lake, Apache Tools, Marketing utilities, Microservices, API, Technical Architecture, Product Lifecycle
  • Has experience working on tools such as MS SQL, coding skills, Tableau or any Reporting Tool, GIT HUB
  • Has experience working in various quality aspects such as: Data Quality, Software Testing, Application Testing, Database Testing, Quality Assurance, Audit, Reporting & Dashboard using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Demonstrated experienced with data governance standards.
  • Proven ability to work within a Data Quality team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytic background
  • Proven ability to engage and work with technology partners.
  • Financial Services experience

Job Expectations:

  • Must be amenable to work in McKinley Taguig City
  • Must be amenable to work in graveyard shift – 7:00pm to 4:00am manila time
