About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator responsible for managing the recruitment selection process. May be responsible for one level of staff, for lateral recruiting for a specific LOB, or for talent acquisition of executives into the organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Support in administering recruiting and candidate onboarding documentation, including candidate forms, offer letters, while ensuring confidentiality for internal and external candidates
  • Serve as a point of contact and support to candidates, Human Resources staff, and Hiring Managers across the enterprise
  • Perform complex administrative transactional, operational and support tasks related to the broader Talent Acquisition functional area
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals in the broader Talent Acquisition functional area
  • Interact with immediate Recruiting team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on a wide range of information related to the broader Talent Acquisition functional area

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Recruiting coordination or administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Recruiting Coordination experience such as offer letter generation/extension, campus recruiting support, pre-employment, onboarding in a shared service set up
  • Preferably supported EMEA/US region

Job Expectations:

  • Amenable to work on night shift
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
