Product Management Director-Revenue Management

The Product Management Director will lead the Revenue Management team and develop and execute a strategy for transaction banking pricing. Will lead the modernization of pricing systems, capabilities, and business processes and execute on key strategic objectives of the Global Treasury Management business.

In this role, you will:

  • Define the strategy for Revenue Management practice in Wells Fargo’s Global Treasury Management business
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements
  • Enhance current practices and systems capabilities and drive modernization through technology and process changes
  • Drive revenue optimization disciplines across the portfolio of products collaborating with Sales and Relationship Managers
  • Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables
  • Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors
  • Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products
  • Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product and service management
  • Interpret and develop range of new products or product lines and product life cycle management for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly or indirectly within the area of Revenue Management with pricing and billing experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management as a business
  • Proven experience deploying large systems and data enable capabilities
  • Experience running pricing optimization activities and projects
  • Ability to effectively partner across the organization to accomplish goals and tasks with the ability to influence and manage effectively
  • Strategic thinker
  • Effective management skills to lead, develop and motivate a team
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$173,300.00 - $359,900.00
