About the Role:

Wealth Client Investment Management Manager covers jobs responsible for investment servicing, establishing investment objectives, overseeing implementation of applicable investment and risk management policies and procedures in agency and trust relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage offshore team leaders with teams of Portfolio Specialists who support Portfolio Managers with complex investment portfolios for ultra-high net worth and high net worth clients.
  • Supervise the implementation of applicable investment, risk management policies and procedures in agency and trust relationships.
  • Manage the Portfolio Specialist offshore support teams through established risk controls, policies and procedures.
  • Manager offshore team leaders and their teams who support of Portfolio Manager(s) including interfacing with WIM Relationship Managers and/or their associates as facilitator/liaison for seamless delivery of investment services and solutions.  Builds partnerships with other line of business associates to foster teamwork.
  • Lead the team leaders where Portfolio Specialists support various portfolio management activities such as investment policy statement creation, client presentations, performance reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support on Interaction with clients, preparing client correspondence and investment research reports, and scheduling client reviews.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Wealth Client Investment Management functional area
  • Provide leadership and strategic vision within Wealth Client Investment Management functional area
  • Manage personnel and a significant part of Wells Fargo's client investment process
  • Maintain related applications or tools as required
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of Wealth Client Investment Management functional area and team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
  • Collaborate and consult with Wealth Client Investment Management peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Wealth Client Investment Management functional area
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Wealth Client Investment Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Amenable to observe a night shift schedule, and work onsite (Five NEO, Taguig)
  • Experience in investment operations processing
