About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant.

This role will leverage the candidates previous hands-on experience in data visualization, reporting, data analytics, business analytics and compliance background to support the enterprise to effectively manage safety compliance variables and controls through the end-to-end asset lifecycle including patch compliance, vulnerability management, Configuration drift management, data attribute quality, asset configuration accuracy and vendor end of life management.

The candidate must exhibit the ability to communicate ideas to all levels of the organization. They will act as a liaison between end users, product management, and engineering by planning and conducting user acceptance testing.

In this role, you will:

  • Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
  • Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
  • Lead or participate on large cross group projects
  • Mentor less experienced staff
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Understanding of Reporting Tools like-Powe BI, Tableau.
  • Hands on experience with Data analysis (SQL/Excel)
  • Ability to do some initial analysis and then be able to work with the various teams to move the issue from discovery to completed.
  • Ability to write requirements.
  • Understand the Agile culture, adopt the agile mindset and practice the agile methodology.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Cloud certified- preferred (Foundational)
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum and Kanban
  • Have good knowledge and working understanding of Data analysis tools (SQL / Microsoft Excel).
  • Have fair exposure to Reporting tools like- Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience in Reporting & Analytics be a plus.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow would be a plus.
  • Ability to identify in efficiencies and opportunities to improve the process.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills; strong understanding of core enterprise functions and capabilities.
  • Willingness and aptitude for learning with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
