About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an innovative, highly organized, process-oriented, problem solver with a deep knowledge and passion for attracting and engaging talent. In this role, you will support the overall infrastructure and enablement efforts, with a focus on leading risk, control, and compliance requirements and processes, ensuring operational excellence across the global function

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of risk management and compliance processes to ensure all activities adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Help develop and enforce guidelines to minimize risks and enhance operational controls.

  • Conduct regular assessments across the attraction and engagement ecosystem, helping to identify areas for improvement.

  • Support the selection, onboarding, and management of third-party vendors and partners, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements, monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and timelines and resolving any vendor-related issues.

  • Support the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

  • Provide training and guidance to team members on risk management, compliance, and vendor management processes.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations partners to support operational execution.

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and talent experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent attraction and engagement.
  • Basic understanding of compliance, risk management, vendor management and operational excellence principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to mid shift and onsite (Taguig)
