In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives for business development including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning initiatives and growth opportunities in assigned markets
Review, analyze, and research complex, multi-faceted business challenges within Business Growth Strategy functional area which require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Identify and advise best solutions and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplaces to meet the unique needs of advisors and clients
Ensure adherence with compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional area
Partner with strategic relationships, investment and commercial banking, investment product and planning specialists, and the Centers of Excellence (i.e. Business Advisory, Estate Planning, Trust Advisors, Philanthropic Services, Family Dynamics, Custom Lending)
Make decisions on complex and multi-faceted development and growth strategies for designated markets requiring solid understanding of Business Growth Strategy functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead team to meet business objectives, deliverables and drive new initiatives
Strategically collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy mid-level to senior managers, colleagues, stakeholders, advisors, business leaders, and community leaders, to achieve growth in market share, and meet client needs
* This position is eligible for an annual discretionary award.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents) must be completed within 90/180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective financial advisor coaching
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Strong relationship building and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Demonstrated successful growth through strategic development, leveraging leadership skills and extensive experience
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (1 week a month)
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$106,300.00 - $206,100.00Benefits
