About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a  Senior Graphic Designer to support the Global Talent Attraction & Engagement Team. We need a dynamic, creative and innovative designer with a passion for attracting and engaging talent through captivating visual storytelling and innovative design solutions. This role will help support the creation and governance of Talent Acquisition’s visual identity through captivating static, digital and motion graphics.


In this role, you will:

  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print materials including social media graphics, event flyers, brochures, email templates, digital ads, event materials, presentations and more.
  • Create and design multimedia content such a videos, animations, and infographics to promote our employer brand.
  • Develop creative concepts and narratives that effectively communication and showcase our talent brand story.
  • Serve as a brand steward to ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all touchpoints.
  • Review accuracy for basic project specifications, confirm design direction and prepare product for final execution.
  • Present recommendations on business strategies and develop creative design options.
  • Exercise independent judgment to recommend, develop and present various concepts that drive desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate and consult with clients, business partners, lines of business and potential interaction with vendors to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging, translating these insights into impactful visual solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our talent branding efforts.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Graphic Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.


Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

  • Experience in Graphic Design, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a graphic designer, preferably within a corporate environment or agency specializing in employer branding or recruitment marketing.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on branding, digital, animation and print materials.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.

  • Strong attention to detail (with a focus on typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy) and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
