About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator. The Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Office focuses on achieving quality performance across our businesses to enable the company to execute more effectively against our regulatory priorities and further drive our transformation.

The team will be responsible to support the ownership of group share by handling the exceptions and providing real-time assistance to our stakeholders. However, the role will be evolving in nature and is expected to deal with new challenges as we progress on phases. The expectation from the individual is to connect with different LOBs (which we support) by setting up regular meetings and hence need to have excellent communication along with great presentation skill. The team member will be the point of contact for each business division and needs to be flexible with the timings as per the business requirement.

This role is critical to the group and will play a vital part as the client facing group in partnerships with risk management and different lines of business partners.  Team will be responsible to coordinate with fellow colleagues across sites ensuring to run the process seamlessly. The desired candidate should have eye to details skill to identify trends and opportunities for growth by providing effective presentation to the larger audience.


In this role, you will:

  • Support the operations of a specific business line
  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
  • Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
  • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business
  • Responsible for support functions and/or operations/production oversight usually for multiple Lines of Business
  • Perform adhoc/special project assignments as necessary
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations using different sources and resources available
  • Flexible in taking up new challenges and coming up with new best practice ideas for the benefit of the group
  • Foster team relationships with peers and different stakeholders that regularly interact with the department to effectively accomplish the team’s goals


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills – able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner
  • Doc Capture experience is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mid to senior level managers
  • Experience in facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work sessions
  • Personal dedication and strong work ethic
  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, handle multiple assignments, and prioritize one's own work
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to take ownership of the task assigned
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Doc Capture experience is must.
