The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers’ financial needs.

DMI Data Services Operations (DSO) supports the implementation of the enterprise data strategy and transformation of the companywide data environment through disciplined management of DMI’s business operations. DMI Administration designs and deploys processes to streamline core operations, coordinates cross-DMI and Wells Fargo enterprise initiatives, implements financial controls and other “gating” tools, and provides a broad range of shared services that can be leveraged across the entire DMI organization (e.g., communications, SharePoint, third-party support, risk management coordination, vendor management, etc.). Finally, DMI DSO Team partners closely with corporate staff functions to deliver on compliance and process requirements.

The Senior Business Execution Consultant is responsible for planning and executing cross-DMI communications, including the design and maintenance of DMI’s online presence. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and have had demonstrated success in prioritizing and executing efforts with minimal guidance. The successful candidate will be expected to regularly distill information from multiple sources and develop and execute against resulting recommendations. Additionally, will be responsible for producing executive updates, identifying and implementing process improvements, and engaging regularly with internal and external partners on core DMI Admin activities

In this role you will:

Communications Development: Design and develop presentation materials for a wide variety of audiences, including for executives, senior leaders, and key enterprise stakeholders

  • Special Projects: Responsible for assessment, prioritization and triage (or direct execution) of special priorities and needs that arise during the course of any year (e.g. ad hoc analyses conducted to support DMI-wide objectives, coordination of executive off-sites/DMI-wide town halls/external industry events, etc.)
  • Create and execute communications strategies and plans that drive business priorities
  • Support the execution of a DMI communications strategy and tactical plan, including developing tactical/routine writing and editing, such as presentations, intranet content, advisories and alerts, correspondence, event or initiative communications, and other communications for internal team members and partner audiences
  • Design and develop new communications collateral and maintain existing collateral (in an actively changing environment) for a wide variety of audiences, including for executives, senior leaders, and key enterprise stakeholders
  • Document communications processes, and identify/implement areas for process improvement
  • Write and edit, key messages, talking points, and other content to inform target audiences
  • Enable Comms & Employee Engagement activities working closely with Stateside EE Partners and India Leadership
  • Manage detailed processes involving cross-functional stakeholders from initial planning stages through execution (e.g. the development and delivery of live webcast sessions as a shared service, etc.)
  • Drive design and implementation of process improvements across DMI to increase efficiencies in operational processes, reduce risk through standardized approaches, and drive continuous improvement as a DMI discipline (e.g. through the ongoing management of a shared mailbox and the development of metrics to monitor overall mailbox performance/trends, etc.)
  • Aggregate and synthesize content from a variety of stakeholders and complete final reviews in alignment with the Wells Fargo Style Guide and Brand Standards

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience of Corporate Communications experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience consulting with internal clients and business
  • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization Visual/graphic design
  • Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large scale initiatives
  • Experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise environment
