About This Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Services Consultant to join our team of talented strategy professionals as part of technology within Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). 

In This Role, You Will:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for Payments Technology CIO and CxO

  • Create dynamic presentation materials for Operating Committee members and internal and external stakeholders which effectively tell a story using data, graphics, and executive level verbiage.

  • Create and maintain technical roadmaps

  • Facilitate the operationalization of product level intake process and repeatable documentation and reporting to facilitate agile ceremonies and executive reporting at the L1, L2, and L3 product level

  • Distill complex technical concepts into business language

  • Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise

  • Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide

  • Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 5+ years of communications, public relations, executive presentation experience

  • 5+ years of strategy and planning experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of communications, public relations, executive presentation experience

  • 5+ years of strategy and planning experience

  • Global Payments or Treasury Management Experience

  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into business language

  • Advanced visual media skills like PowerPoint and Visio

  • Agile methodology experience

  • Advanced Jira skills

  • Exceptional communication skills

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
