About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager for one of the biggest lines of business in the company.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
- Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years Leadership experience
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
- Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- College degree
- 6+ years of overall experience in Business Banking (sales, sales support, and client support experience) and compliance and/or operational risk management (includes experience with direct accountability for compliance or operational risk) or any combination thereof, large financial companies
- 6+ years minimum experience in a leadership position
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
- Candidate must be willing to work onsite (Building ABCD, McKinley Hill, Taguig)
- This position will be part of a team within the FLM- Research group in CSBB supporting people managers and individual contributors
- The incumbent is responsible for executing and monitoring risk-based supervision program focused on sales and service conduct, operational, compliance and emerging risk mitigation across the Community Banking footprint.
- Research, inspection and monitoring of detection strategies and their corresponding outcome.
- Provides support for projects and initiatives to identify opportunities to improve processes, policies and/or tools
- Partnering, collaborating with U.S. LOB and partners
- Maintain robust understanding of bank policy and procedures
- Executing Front Line Monitoring procedures and maintaining working knowledge of conduct risk activities and supervision efforts
