Associate Commercial Loan Closing Representative for TS MNL

In this role, you will:

  • Support pre-close and post-close activities for commercial
  • Seek ways to improve commercial real estate and problem loans
  • Perform routine customer loan, regulatory diligence and on-going portfolio maintenance tasks
  • Evaluate and upload data into systems of record
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Interact with immediate team on Commercial Loan Closing tasks
  • Interact with internal customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting 
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in the field of Accounting, Finance preferably in General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Loan Accounting, Bookkeeping.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in banking industry – Wholesale, Commercial Banking or Corporate Investment Banking or Shared Service organization
  • Business and accounting Skills (concept of Debit and Credit)
  • Excellent English comprehension, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills & ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
  • Strong Organizations skills - detail oriented
  • Sound risk management mindset and good understanding of compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel

  • Flexibility to stretch to accomplish projects timely
  • Able to perform work and report on PH public holidays if falling on Mondays to Fridays including Christmas and New Year's eve
  • Amenable to work on US shift: 9PM to 6AM
