Analytics Product Senior Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Product Senior Manager to establish a world-class people data product team and deliver the Human Resource (HR) data & insights needed to achieve top company objectives.

This position is an exciting opportunity to join the Wells Fargo Human Resources BI Product team as an Analytics Product Senior Manager, responsible for development of a comprehensive portfolio of analytical dashboards & data products. This role will focus on providing the leaders and managers of our Talent Acquisition function with on-demand insight to key metrics, enabling them to attract and hire better talent and continuously optimize recruiting processes. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of product & data professionals in a dynamic and fast paced environment against key HR priorities.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop team members to deliver best in class solutions to enhance decision-makers’ access to data, executing on key initiatives, and processes across various Human Resources divisions and centers excellence.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
  • Design & envision self-service solutions in collaboration with a broad range of customers across HR in a customer-back, iterative way.
  • Lead your team and partners to embrace an Agile working style that values adaptiveness, speed to market and a test-and-learn paradigm.
  • Collaborate with and influence executive management, Human Resources Business Partners, and others on issues of critical importance to the success of the company.
  • Serve as an analytical and technical thought partner to stakeholders across the product, analytics, data science teams.
  • Drive understanding of our users and their interaction with our products through in-depth analyses of user interaction and engagement.
  • Define how our teams measure success by developing Key Performance Indicators and other users/business metrics.
  • Design automated and manual validation processes to ensure integrity and accuracy of the data and deliver reporting through a standard security and risk model developed in partnership with Data Governance.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with human capital / talent acquisition workforce data (aggregation, analysis, and consolidation of complex data to be utilized in effective data visualizations by diverse audiences)
  • 5+ years of experience working with non-technical partners to interpret requirements and translate into technical solutions to accomplish the intended outcomes.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in complex analytics projects, covering data exploration, insight derivation, and data visualization design and dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Design Thinking concepts.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python and / or R 
  • 1+ years of experience delivering products via an Agile delivery model.
  • Strong leadership examples, including experience mentoring less tenured analysts, reviewing code, prioritizing/delegating workload, and/or owning projects that touch multiple individual contributors within a team.
  • Experience communicating results & recommendations to executive-level audiences.
  • Technical understanding of data architecture including data warehouse and data model concepts


Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
