Lead Treasury Analyst - Stress Testing

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Analyst to support the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Comprehensive Capital Adequacy Assessment Review (CCAR).   The Lead Treasury Analyst will also provide key support for the governance and oversight team within Capital Management.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead Capital Management activities involved in the preparation and management of the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process including daily and weekly workstream meetings, executive level updates, results meeting engagement and coordination, and any other activities required to align with SR15-18 guidance.
  • Draft, review, and consolidate all required inputs to formally submit the annual capital plan to the regulators annually.  
  • Serve as the primary contact to key workstream partners providing guidance aligned to ICAAP.
  • Demonstrate effective executive level communication through committee and board level reporting.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with business partners across finance, risk, audit, legal, regulatory relations and any other team necessary to manage stress testing and capital.
  • Partner across Capital Management to support current initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to lead projects independently across a matrixed organization to drive results to completion.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with CCAR and stress testing processes
  • Experience within treasury including capital and liquidity
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Ability to work independently, be highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects, and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to present to senior level executives.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Experience working with regulatory agency requests and meetings.
