About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor as part of the Centralized Mail team within the Enterprise Complaint Management Office (ECMO)


In this role, you will:

  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment

  • Require knowledge of company and Complaint Management Office policies and practices

  • Prepare, review, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Regularly review and track information on daily work completed

  • Review communications through multiple channels including physical mail, or email channels

  • Monitor and complete multiple different tasks/assignment as needed.

  • Process mail per the requested mailing/delivery instructions


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experienced in time management including organizing, prioritizing and completing multiple tasks in a high-volume environment and within critical time frames

  • Interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism.


Job Expectations:

  • Effectively process requests to send customer correspondence from the Executive Office within required timeframes.

  • Collaborate with team members and partners to effectively respond to customers regarding their complaints and concerns.

  • Hold yourself to a high level of professionalism.

  • Ability to work on-site at one of the stated locations.

  • Work hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm CT

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$18.00 - $22.84
