Wells Fargo is seeking a Debt Capital Markets Analyst / Investment Banking Program Analyst to join our growing Corporate and Investment Banking team in Singapore for the 2025 Graduate Programme. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojob.com.
In this role, you will:
- Support senior and coverage bankers in their coverage and execution responsibilities, including idea generation and interaction with existing and prospective clients
- Lead the preparation of written material, including pitch books, proposals, client materials and associated supporting analyses
- Prepare ongoing market update materials, and stay abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics
- Assist in logistical requirement for clients and their investment engagement, such as roadshows
- Work closely with partners locally and globally from different teams, including support teams
- Develop skills across a range of debt products, from senior bonds to subordinated instruments, liability management and ESG products
- Play a key role in the execution function of a transaction including but not limited to internal approval requirements, preparing materials, support and coordinate due diligence, negotiation etc.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within Investment Banking Program
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Investment Banking Program, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- University degree holder with a relevant focus
- Experience in or with exposure to Debt Capital Markets or Debt Syndicate through internships or work experience
- The candidate should have or will need to obtain any relevant MAS-required licenses
