About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Marketing Associate to join the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Communications and Marketing team.

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for helping to ensure marketing programs are run efficiently and follow documented processes. This role will also help to ensure that procedures are properly documented and tested on a recurring schedule. The role will work closely with partners across the WIM Communications and Marketing organization to help meet shared goals.


In this role, you will:

  • Test marketing activities to determine if they were run correctly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes in order to drive greater efficiency and success.
  • Participate in establishing strategies or assessments of results oriented environment
  • Review data in support of program initiatives
  • Provide reports and recommendations related to updating and revising marketing and or sales materials
  • Assist in demonstrating team processes for partners responsible for assessing department performance.
  • Monitor marketing and communications publications to ensure that items are available as intended and are updated as needed.
  • Receive direction from management and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate and consult with marketing areas, business units, technology, legal, customer care, vendors, and partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Financial services industry experience is a plus
  • Risk management experience is a plus.

Job Expectations:

  • Amenable to observe a night shift schedule and an onsite work set-up (Five NEO, Taguig)
