About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Control Management Specialist for Enterprise Functions Control management Team.
The EF Control @I&P is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.
In this role, you will:
Participate in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating current and emerging risk exposures within Control Management functional area
Provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, business processes, and business controls
Monitor moderately complex business specific programs and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies
Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area
Provide guidance to business groups on the development, implementation, and monitoring of business specific programs to identify, assess, and mitigate risk
Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from reputed institution
Experience managing/coordinating complex programs in financial services environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skill.
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience/Exposure with business intelligence tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Working experience with Alteryx.

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
Assist in the identification of strategic ideas, evaluation, and approval process of identified opportunities.
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, standardization, and efficiency.
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
Work under stringent timelines, maintain strong engagement with multiple functions and stakeholders.
