About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Loan Documentation Processor.
In this role, you will:
Provide support in performing loan documentation duties on the most complex loan packages to ensure compliance with company's policies and government regulations
Process or close loans and act as a main point of contact for internal or external customers during the loan process
Perform administrative, operational, or customer support tasks related to complex loan packages
Manage an assigned pipeline of all loan types relative to business line
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to the team of Loan Documentation specialists to ensure timely completion of work
Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on information related to the routine loan documentation process
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Well versed with Credit Agreements and Credit Approval Documents
Ability to interpret the loan/credit document.
Validate information on various SORs with exhaustive authoritative documentation.
Good understanding of key Credit Terms, such as Interest Rates, Advance Rate, Loan limits, fees etc.
Strong with MS Excel and Reporting skills. Good with Macros

Perform administrative, operational, or customer support tasks related to complex loan packages

Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to the team of Loan Documentation specialists to ensure timely completion of work
Perform quality checks of the work completed by junior team members across all the processes.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Leverage different tools and techniques to solve a problem
Knowledge on accounting and finance, Industry analysis, Internal and external risk factors of the borrower
Proactively respond to inquiries on accounts and resolving any discrepancies
Provide training and mentorship
Cross train on other existing processes
Should be flexible in switching roles in between multiple processes as per business requirement
Very detailed oriented and flexible to work
Should be flexible in taking additional responsibilities and ensure smooth execution without compromising on quality and timelines
Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or MBA
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Receives and reciprocates basic information clearly in the written and oral form; Demonstrates good command over the English language
Ability to escalate issues appropriately
Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
Ability to adapt to change and work on multiple processes
Ability to set priorities, and deliver the tasks within the stipulated timelines
Highly motivated with strong organizational
Process works as agreed with the LOB and adhering to the procedures/standards of the process
Flexibility to work in different shifts
Ability to succeed in a team environment
High level of initiative and accountability Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Job expectations:
6.30 PM - 3.30 PM IST and fine with rotational shifts.
