About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Relationship Manager for the Georgia market with an emphasis on acquiring new relationships with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investors and developers.  Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. 

In this role, you will:

  • Build complex IRE portfolio of commercial banking relationships
  • Actively participating in the completion of major transactions
  • Partners with other product partners including but not limited to FX, Interest Rate Risk, Treasury Management, Deposits and Wealth to attract and retain customers with an appropriate credit risk and operational risk lens to grow revenue and profits
  • Close collaboration and engagement with the Portfolio Management team while still maintaining ownership of the risk
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education



Desired Qualifications:

  • Commercial Real Estate and/or Investor Real Estate business development experience
  • Commercial Real Estate and/or Investor Real Estate relationship management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of negotiating: interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of risk management
  • Strong credit analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
