In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain complex data models and reports using SQL and DAX in Power BI and Tableau. Ensure these tools meet the high standards required for executive decision making.
- Solutions Development: Design, build, and deploy BI solutions that enhance the analytical capabilities of the business. Work with large and complex data sets to produce meaningful business insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management to understand their needs and develop analytics that address their strategic questions. Present data findings in a clear and impactful manner.
- Data Integrity and Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used for analysis. Implement data quality controls and validation processes.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to other employees on the use of business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and DAX for complex queries and data manipulation.
- Expertise in business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Proven experience in handling large, complex data sets and delivering comprehensive business insights to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques, with the ability to apply these methods to forecasts and strategic decision making.
- Artificial Intelligence Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools and techniques, including machine learning algorithms and their application in automating and enhancing data analysis processes.
- Data Visualization Expertise: Advanced skills in data visualization, with a proven track record of developing intuitive and impactful visual representations of complex datasets using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom visualization libraries.
- Data Warehousing Experience: Deep understanding of data warehousing principles and technologies, including experience with SQL databases, cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure SQL Data Warehouse) and ETL processes.
- Cloud Platforms Proficiency: Experience with cloud services related to data analytics, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
- Programming Proficiency: Ability to write scripts in Python, R, or other programming languages to automate data processes and enhance analytical capabilities.
