In this role, you will:

  • Examine and research complex programs, processes, claims, documentation, or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or agency or government regulations
  • Perform advanced, comprehensive reviews of multiple types of executive resolution transactions and case reviews within a business line
  • Identify risks and problem areas and recommend improvements
  • Research risks and develop solutions for problems identified
  • Perform branch or office inspections on key controls, procedural, or policy inspection points to ensure compliance with company requirements, agency or government regulations
  • Evaluate staff knowledge and compliance with governing policies, procedures and regulations
  • Provide support for exam management activities and any other initiatives as needed
  • Mentor less experienced staff and assist with their development
  • Consult with leadership related to results of assessment
  • Communicate overall process or transaction quality
  • Provide feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of combined experience with Underwriting and Quality Assurance
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent ability to communicate and present issues, findings and recommendations verbally and in writing
  • Good understanding of credit industry & fundamentals within the US/International market
  • Excellent ability to communicate with various levels of stakeholders

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work on shifting schedule between 9PM to 1PM Manila Time Mondays to Saturdays
  • Willing to work on site 5 days a week
