About this role:
Wells Fargo is looking for a seasoned senior loan operations professional to be part of their Loan Operations team. The role involves reviewing crucial documentation like credit agreements, amended credit agreements, and side letters to guarantee operational and system of record supportability. Additionally, responsibilities include booking all lending transactions in line with loan agreement timings.
The position also entails conducting daily cash reconciliations with precision and overseeing the resolution of open customer service matters by interacting with both internal and external customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Daily processing of drawdown, rollover, repayment, prepayment, rate fixing, and all aspects of the loan processing area relating to agency, bilateral, member any other related products via LIQ.
Documentation review (credit agreements, amended credit agreements, side letter) to ensure operational & system of record supportability.
Ensuring that all lending transactions are booked in adherence to loan agreement timings.
Ensuring that agent notifications are in agreement with the banks accounting systems.
Ensuring that all tasks are processed to the highest standards in accordance with cut off times (nostro payments, Treasury cut off times etc.).
Claiming and collection of principal, interest and fees relating to the above products.
Reviewing and clearing of control report exceptions.
Reviewing and updating procedures on a regular basis
Completing daily cash reconciliations to a high standard, ensuring no aged items exceed agreed tolerances.
Coordinating all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Business/Finance - Degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge of Loan Agency administration and documentation.
Knowledge of LoanIQ is preferred (not mandatory, training will be provided).
Customer-orientated in approach with strong communication skills and initiative.
Control mind-set who uses experience and initiative to proactively risk manage the business.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Teamwork, organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
Proactive and self-motivated, eye for detail.
Proficient in the use of MS office including word and excel.
