About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Service Delivery Representative - HR Operations.


In this role, you will:

  • Support service delivery of HR products and processes across one or more functional areas within HR that may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance
  • Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within one or more functional areas within HR
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
  • Be responsible for complex operational tasks that may include, but not limited to records management, report generation, and other transactions across internal human resources information systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and/or other specialized tools within other HR areas like recruitment, incentive administration, etc
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
  • Interact with immediate team, internal or external customers, and internal peers outside of work group on wide range of information


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of human resources experience, clerical or customer service experience, or a combination of both.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively manage high volume administrative tasks, data entry and high accuracy
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook tools, Excel and basic reporting tools
  • Ability to correspond with customers, responding to their questions and concerns with detailed information
  • Knowledge of HR systems (Workday/ServiceNow) is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment, encompassing a broad mix of cultures and client groups
  • Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of human resources. 
  • Provide support (when needed) to a variety of HR activities across various HR functions (as needed on full time or project basis, with an opportunity to rotate across multiple HR domains).
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills


Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to work on weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (1:30PM-10:30PM IST)
