Corporate & Investment Banking MBA In-House Diversity Events

A unique opportunity for high-performing MBA candidates

Wells Fargo is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow, and as part of that commitment, we are proud to host two upcoming events for high-performing MBA candidates from diverse backgrounds. Our MBA in-house diversity events provide students with the opportunity to connect with one another and network with Wells Fargo leaders — all while providing an introduction to Wells Fargo's culture and the opportunities our programs provide.

  • Meet senior management and professionals from Wells Fargo Investment Banking.
  • Attend information sessions, panels, and networking events.
  • Take part in Technical Interview Training by our partners, Training the Street.
  • Participate in interviews for our Investment Banking Summer Associate Program.
  • If selected for offer; opportunity to participate in selection process of MBA Diversity Fellowship.

 

2023 Event details and qualifications

MBA Black, Hispanic & Latino Forum: October 12-13, 2023, in Charlotte, NC

The Forum is open to first-year, fulltime MBA students, including, without limitation, those who identify as Black/African American and/or Latino/Hispanic, and have an interest in Corporate and Investment Banking as well as Wells Fargo career opportunities.

MBA Women on Wall Street:  November 16-17, 2023, in New York, NY

The Forum is open to first-year, fulltime MBA students, including, without limitation, those who identify as female and have an interest in Corporate and Investment Banking as well as Wells Fargo career opportunities.

Please share an example where you have meaningfully influenced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at school or work. Please include a specific example when one or more DE&I assumption was challenged or disproven.

If you are an attendee of one of the 2023 Corporate & Investment Banking MBA In House Events, you also have the opportunity to interview for our MBA Diversity Fellowship Program for Investment Banking Associates. Selection for a Diversity Fellowship interview is based on your essay response.
